Scripture: 1 John 1:7 — “If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another...”
💡 Healing doesn’t happen in hiding.
It happens in honesty, not surface honesty, but the deep authentic kind.
The kind that exposes your core. Naked - without pretense, without ego, or our stories. It's our true primal feelings and state of Being, before Presence. In the Light. Saying: "Here I Am."
We spend so much time trying to manage the image:
Smiling when we’re sad.
Performing when we’re tired.
Pretending we’re fine when something deep inside us is aching for more.
We weren’t created to live behind a mask. We were created to shine, to love and be loved, to BE whole.
🕊️ Here's the truth:
Love isn’t waiting for a perfect version. Spirit is already here—welcoming the truth of us.
🔄 Hiding says: “If they knew the truth, they wouldn’t love me.”
But God says: “Come as you are and let the truth set you free.”
🗣️ Today’s Reflection:
Where have you been pretending to be okay?
What mask are you ready to lay down?
What would it look like to walk into the light—unguarded, unfiltered, and unafraid?
💛 Encouragement for Your Heart:
You were never meant to hide. You were never meant to perform.
You were made for light. For truth. For freedom.
So, show up. Let yourself be seen. Not because you have to prove anything—But because you're ready to come back to Love's saving Grace.
