Let’s stop pretending.

You didn’t sign up for that heartbreak.

You didn’t want the rejection, the illness, the betrayal, the anxiety.

But here it is.

And according to ACIM Lesson 193?

“All things are lessons God would have me learn.”

Yeah. All of it. The mess. The trigger. The panic. It’s not punishment. It’s a portal.

💥 This Lesson Isn’t Saying You “Deserved It”

It's important to understand this right now.

God didn’t send you pain. But the moment you chose to live through the ego’s lens, pain became inevitable. And now everything you experience has one job:

👉🏽 To lead you back to your True Self, which embodies LOVE, WHOLENESS, and PEACE.

🧠 Post-Traumatic Growth

Trauma can break you—or grow you.

Post-Traumatic Growth is when a person uses painful life events as fuel to rewire, reframe, and reawaken.

💡 But ACIM takes it further: It says the Holy Spirit does just that with our pain - He takes the traps we so commonly fall into and use it for our healing. We don't have to be victims to our stories anymore.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Today’s Practice

Look at a situation that’s made you ask, “Why is this happening to me?”

And try asking something deeper:

“What lesson is here for me to learn?”

Even if it hurts. Even if you’re angry. You don’t have to like it to be transformed by it.

What experience still feels like an “attack”?
What belief about yourself was born in that moment?
What new truth are you ready to learn instead?

Write it. Feel it. Then loosen your grip.

⚡️ When you feel like running from pain, disappointment, or difficulty:

✋🏽 Pause. Say this out loud:

“This isn’t happening to me. It’s happening for my awakening. And I am willing to learn.”

You don’t need to understand it. You just need to trust that nothing YOU experience is ever wasted.
