Let’s talk about something nobody really says out loud:

What happens when you fall apart?

Not the pretty “I'm having a hard day” kind of unraveling.

I’m talking the real mess: The meltdown.

The breakdown.

The spiral.

The “I-don’t-know-who-I-am-anymore” kind of pain.

Ever been there?

And in that space… did love stay? Did anyone sit with you in your dark, or did they walk away?

Worse—were you taught that God walked away too?

Because if you were, I want to gently and boldly say: That wasn’t God.

💭 Real love doesn’t leave when things get messy.

God doesn’t ghost you when you don't know who you are or anything else for that matter.

He doesn’t shut down when you cry too hard.

He doesn’t say “Come back when you’ve pulled it together.”

God doesn’t wait for your healing to be complete before He calls you loved. His love is the healing.

💔 Maybe you were taught that love had rules.

That you had to earn it.

That you had to say the right thing, believe the right thing, do the right thing to stay connected.

So now when you feel messy or broken, you feel like you have to disappear.

But real love—divine love—doesn’t work like that.

It stays. It covers. It reminds you: “You’re still Mine.”

🧘🏾‍♀️ Let’s get practical for a moment.

Next time you’re in a moment of pain, I want you to try this:

1. Pause. Breathe. Even if it’s shaky.

2. Say this out loud:

“God, I don’t know what I’m doing. But I want to feel Your love, right here. In this.”

3. Let yourself be held. You don’t have to “pray it right.” You don’t have to perform. Just be. That’s enough. You are enough.

💌 Final Thought:

God’s love isn’t a reward for getting it right.

It’s the safe place you return to when everything falls apart.

And if no one ever told you before, let me be the one to say it:

You are not too much. You are not too messy. And you’ve never been too far gone.

Love didn’t leave. You’re still held.
