Scripture: Romans 8:1 – “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
Shame says: “You’re disqualified.”
But God says: “You’re redeemed.”
That voice in your head that whispers,
“You’re too messed up for God...” “You’ve made too many mistakes...” “You’ll never be enough...”
That voice isn’t truth.
That’s trauma talking.
That’s guilt performing.
That’s fear lying.
And you’ve carried it long enough.
🗣️ Today’s Reflection:
What shame-based identity have you been living in?
Are you still defining yourself by who you used to be?
What would it feel like to finally let it go?
Shame says your past gets the final word.
But grace says God already spoke a better word over you.
You are not what happened to you.
You are not your worst day.
You are who God says you are—loved, chosen, and clean.
📝 Journal Prompt:
What lie about yourself are you ready to release today?
And what truth will take its place?
(Example: “I release the belief that I’m unworthy...I choose to believe I am loved and enough in Christ.”)
💛 Final Reminder:
You are not too far gone. You are fully loved.
Fully held. Fully seen.
Right now. As you are.
