Let’s be honest—We think it’s what they did that’s hurting us. But ACIM Lesson 198 says:

“Only my condemnation injures me.”

You’re not suffering from their actions.

You’re suffering from your mental replay of what it meant.

🔮 Metaphysical Law: What You Extend, You Receive

This lesson is based on spiritual cause-and-effect:

  • Judge others → feel judged

  • Withhold forgiveness → block your own peace

  • Extend love → experience freedom

You think you’re punishing them, but you’re imprisoning yourself.

🧠Projection + Distorted Thinking

Judgment often isn’t about what actually happened.

It’s about what you believed it meant.

That’s projection.

  • “They always leave.”

  • “This means I’m not enough.”

  • “No one is safe.”

That’s not truth. That’s your story.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Practice:

Call one person to mind you’ve been judging. Say to yourself:

“Only my condemnation injures me.” “I set them free, and I set myself free.”

📝 Journal Prompt:

  • Who am I still holding in judgment?

  • What do I believe it protects me from?

  • What could I experience if I let it go?

💬 Affirmation:

“I release the judgment I thought I needed. I reclaim the peace I thought I lost. Love is my healing.”
Let it go. Not for them—for you.
